Robbie McIntosh
Spotlight talk, 16:00
Auditório Lagoa Henriques, FBAUL
Photographer Robbie McIntosh shares the story behind Scampia Anno Zero — a layered portrait of Napoli’s Vele di Scampia and the lives shaped within and around them. Built on immersion and trust, the work reveals a world suspended between demolition and resilience. Alongside this, Robbie will speak about On the Beach, his ongoing tribute to the human body in all its forms, captured along the Neapolitan coastline. Together, these projects reflect his commitment to seeing deeply: with empathy, dignity, and intimacy.
Myriam Boulos
Headliner talk, 18:00
Grande Auditório, FBAUL
Lebanese photographer Myriam Boulos reflects on how her camera became both shield and voice during Lebanon’s tumultuous years. Drawing on her projects Dead End, Nightshift, and Tenderness, she discusses how photography can both process trauma and reveal collective resilience. With a commitment to intimacy, consent, and visual truth, Myriam shares how witnessing—rather than mere observation—can transform an image into an act of social justice.
Alex Webb and Rebecca Norris-Webb
Headliner talk, 19:30

Her background as an actress brings a unique layer of empathy to her work, allowing her to read body language, anticipate emotion, and approach her subjects with understanding. A talk about observing with intent and staying open to the unexpected.
Pau Buscató
Spotlight talk, 16:00
Auditório Lagoa Henriques, FBAUL
With a sharp eye for coincidence, humour, and the surreal, Pau Buscató transforms everyday street scenes into visual puzzles. In this talk, he shares his process of observing the world with patience and curiosity — waiting for the absurd to emerge from the ordinary.
From composition to timing, he’ll reflect on how to find structure in chaos, and why playfulness and ambiguity are central to his work.
Nikita Teryoshin
Headliner talk, 18:00
Grande Auditório, FBAUL
Photographer Nikita Teryoshin shares his radical approach to reportage — a practice that blurs the lines between documentary and street photography with humour, irony, and sharp social observation. Drawing on his acclaimed projects such as Nothing Personal – the Back Office of War and Animal Escape Plan, he discusses how to craft compelling photo stories by diving headfirst into the absurdity of everyday life, often by infiltrating unexpected events and spaces. With a focus on instinct, access, and building visual narratives, Nikita invites us to rethink how and where stories can be found.
